For the Central Victorian Motor Group, we delivered a full redevelopment of the Central Victoria Kia site at Epsom.

A modern, brand-standard showroom and facility built to present the marque exactly as it should be seen. This was a substantial, multi-trade build carried the whole way through. From screw-pile foundations, concrete, precast and structural steel, through cladding, roofing and an expansive glazed frontage, to a complete interior fit-out of joinery, finishes, tiling and paint, with all the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services behind them.

Coordinating that many trades into a single, seamless result is a discipline in itself. In a retail space, where the customer sees every junction and every finish, there is nowhere for imprecision to hide. That is what makes commercial work of this kind satisfying.
