FOUNDING DIRECTOR
A qualified carpenter and entrepreneurial leader, Dan founded BLR in 2008 with a vision to elevate regional construction through craftsmanship and care. His mix of trade expertise, business acumen, and design insight has shaped BLR’s growth into one of Victoria’s most respected builders. Known for his steady leadership and commitment to transparency, Dan continues to drive a culture built on quality, trust, and collaboration. -
Michael Long
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
As one of BLR’s original founders, Mick has helped shape the company’s reputation for integrity and hands-on craftsmanship. With experience spanning commercial, residential, and government projects, he oversees teams and subcontractors with an emphasis on quality, program, and safety. Mick’s practical leadership style and deep trade knowledge ensure every project reflects the standard of care BLR is known for.

DIRECTOR - CIVIL & DEMOLITION
A qualified carpenter with over two decades in construction, Jono brings deep technical expertise across commercial, civil, and demolition works. Since joining BLR in 2014, he’s been instrumental in expanding the company’s capability into complex, high-risk environments. Jono is recognised for his calm leadership, practical problem-solving, and focus on delivering every project safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Passionate about people, innovation, and results, Andrew ensures the business runs with precision, purpose, and transparency at every level.
