BLR Construction delivered the Tatura Library as a landmark civic project for Greater Shepparton City Council. The facility consolidates library services, community meeting spaces and public gathering areas into a single coherent building, designed to serve the Tatura community for generations.

BLR managed the full construction program from early contractor involvement through to practical completion, coordinating a regional subcontractor base and ensuring the project was delivered on program and to budget. The result is a building that reflects the civic ambition of the council and the construction capability of BLR.
