BLR delivered a new workplace fitout for Headspace, the youth mental health organisation that supports young people and their families.

The brief called for a calm, dignified environment that is practical for day to day work and sensitive to privacy. We planned a mix of welcoming reception, confidential meeting rooms, flexible collaboration spaces, and quiet rooms for focused work. Acoustic control, warm materials, and clear wayfinding keep the space intuitive and non clinical.

Building services were upgraded for comfort and reliability, with lighting tuned for low glare and good colour rendering. Access control and storage were set up to protect information and equipment, and the fitout is fully accessible. Staging, after hours tie ins and tidy separation of work zones kept the base building and neighbours undisturbed.

The result is a simple, supportive workplace that helps Headspace deliver better care and look after staff wellbeing.
