BLR Provincial Construction worked with E+ Architects, who were also the designers of this renovation and extension, which was a modern take on a 1960’s Cream Brick.

The Cream Brick façade was retained with a modern extension at the rear. The extension was to embark on a “hit and miss” brickwork visual with Tasmanian Oak floors. The home is an open living style with an outdoor entertainment area.
