This hidden Bendigo gem had spent years out of the light, leading to heavy salt build-up in the original brickwork.

BLR stabilised the foundations, drew out salts with a poultice treatment, and repointed the brickwork to match the original profile.

The result preserves the building’s character while delivering a dry, durable envelope and an elegant, workable space that continues Bendigo’s story.
