BLR delivered a full renovation and fitout of the Ipsum Advisors tenancy, transforming the space into a modern, professional workplace. The scope covered new office spaces, meeting rooms, entry foyer, staff room and kitchen - both front and back of house.

Set within a heritage-listed building in central Bendigo, the project required careful consideration of the existing fabric. Original brick and render detailing were retained and respected throughout, with the new fitout designed to sit comfortably alongside the building's character rather than compete with it.

The finished result is clean and considered, with a simple modern aesthetic that reflects the way Ipsum's team works. Every space functions well and presents well - from the first impression at the entry through to the staff areas behind.
